6 Most Common Auto Detailing Mistakes One Should Avoid

In automotive detailing, it’s not the appearance of your vehicle that matters, but rather the number of blunders you make. 1. Not covering yourself completely from head to toe.

3. Using All Purpose Cleaner(APC) to clean Interiors
Fibers that have been treated with APC are generally left in a more acidic state after high-pH washing. Once the stain has been set in place, it will be impossible to remove it with any other method.
If you don’t let your wet shoes dry completely before putting them on again, you run the risk of reactivating APC and getting more stains. For the final time, do not bring APCs inside your automobile.
4. Apply Sealants and/or Wax

Using masking tape or keeping it perfectly motionless, keep the wax at least an inch away from the sensitive areas when applying it.
